How AuraLoom handles account data, birth data, and AI usage
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how AuraLoom collects and uses information when you use our website and tools.
Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, authentication identifiers.
- Birth profile data: birth date, time (if provided), location coordinates/timezone, display names you choose.
- Generated content: chart previews, reports, AI chat messages, usage quotas.
- Technical data: IP address for guest rate limits, cookies for session and preferences, payment metadata from providers.
How we use data
- Provide charts, tools, reports, and AI features you request.
- Enforce free/premium entitlements and rate limits.
- Operate, secure, and improve the service.
- Comply with law and prevent abuse.
Birth data
Birth data is treated as sensitive personal information. We store it to power your profiles and reports. We do not sell birth data. You may delete eligible profiles when product rules allow (for example when no dependent reports/chats block deletion).
AI processing
Questions and chart context may be processed to generate replies. Do not submit information you do not want stored in chat history.
Sharing
We share data with processors needed to run the product (hosting, database, auth, payments, email if enabled). We do not sell personal data.
Advertising and Google products
AuraLoom may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense, to support the free tools. When ads are enabled:
- Google and other ad partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve ads, measure performance, and limit how often you see an ad.
- Ad personalization may use your visits to this and other sites, subject to your cookie choices and applicable law.
- We do not pass personally identifiable information (such as your email or birth data) to Google in ad requests.
You can manage how Google uses cookies for advertising at Google Ads Settings and read how Google uses data from partner sites at google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
If we publish an ads.txt file, it lists authorized digital sellers for
our ad inventory.
Analytics
When enabled in configuration, we use privacy-oriented or Google analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the product. These services may set their own cookies or collect usage data as described in our Cookie Policy.
Retention
We retain account and product data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing records. Guest chart previews are not persisted as profiles.
Your choices
Access or update profile settings when logged in. Request account deletion through product flows where available. Manage cookies via browser settings and our Cookie Policy.
