These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AuraLoom websites and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Entertainment and insight only
AuraLoom provides astrology tools, mystical assessments, reports, and AI chat for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight. Content is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make.
AI-generated content
AI Astrologer replies and other generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Do not rely on them as facts or predictions.
Birth data and profiles
You may submit birth date, time, and location to generate charts and reports. You represent that you have the right to submit that information. See our Privacy Policy for how we store and process birth data.
Accounts
Provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, payment systems, or other users.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans unlock full reports and higher AI quotas as described on the Pricing page. Subscription status is determined by our payment provider webhooks. Cancel through the billing portal; access continues until the paid period ends unless otherwise stated.
Advertising
Free pages may show third-party ads, including Google AdSense. Ads are labeled as advertising and are separate from astrology tools and AI replies. We do not ask you to click ads to use the service.
Intellectual property
AuraLoom branding, software, and original editorial content are owned by us. You retain rights to your submitted birth data and chat prompts. You grant us a license to process them to provide the service.
Prohibited use
Do not violate law, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive scale, or misuse the service to harass others.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of astrology or AI content.
